Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Pre-Order Reservation

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-Order") with Vumbi Enterprise (“we”, “ us”, or “Vumbi”) for our products ("Products"). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Vumbi Enterprise's Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

 

2. Payment

You will be charged the a partial payment of the Product that will correspond to a 30% deposit at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Your placing of a pre­order constitutes your express agreement to Vumbi Enterprise of charging the remaining Price of the Products after fulfillment.

 

3. Priority

Vumbi Enterprise will build Products according to the order in which the Pre-Order is received. 

 

4. Delivery Schedule

Approximate pre-order availability is listed on the product description. We have done well in the past with our estimated ship dates but delays from manufacturing and/or shipping does sometimes occur.
